And positively influencing people wherever I go
Let’s chat about what is the most helpful and interesting to you.
Bob,
I am a devout witness of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and seen the impact AI has unleashed from its positive approach in cultures as diverse as the FBI, Berklee College of Music, Caterpillar, Hoffmann-La Roche, and the Georgia Department of Corrections.
I am really excited to learn more from you about the others that you have cited. AI is a great way to power “what could be” and move from the oft-used deficit-based, process view towards the sociological, relationship power of the positive to engage, ignite, and sustain. I’m looking forward to what you you will share from your great background.
Cheers,
Toby
Thanks, Toby!
I’ve found so Appreciative Inquiry and the other strength-based tools to be highly effective for culture change, and skill development… and so much more fun to use as a practitioner!
Someone just called me to say that he’d closed a huge deal using the skills we discussed during our strength-based development of his presentation skills. Not only did his passion show, but also he really enjoyed doing the presentation. Talk about win-win.
Can you be more specific about the content of your article? After reading it, I still have some doubts. Hope you can help me.
Thanks for sharing. I read many of your blog posts, cool, your blog is very good. https://www.gate.io/ar/signup/XwNAUwgM?ref_type=103
